Winter sports like skiing and snowboarding are physically challenging. Particularly strong demands are placed on the torso and leg musculature. Good physical fitness will improve your technical ability, increase your enjoyment and reduce the risk of falls and injuries.
Personal Performance will prepare you professionally for winter with the Top 10 Winter Performance packet.
After an individually tailored risk analysis, including tests specific to your chosen sport, the various fitness factors will undergo intensive training so that you can start the winter with plenty of fun and in optimal condition.
The Top 10 Winter Performance training is comprised of 10 personal training sessions including an individual exercise programme in writing with the 10 best exercises for your specific strengths and weaknesses.
